We make our Wedding Cake samples to order as each wedding cake is not only visually different but your flavours are individual to you too.

The below are our own versions of classic flavours or flavours that have proven popular with previous couples
Victoria Sponge
Moist vanilla sponge, bruhed with vanilla sugar syrup, layered with swiss merginge buttercream and seedless raspberry preserve.
Chocolate Praline
Dense hocolate cake layered with hazlenut praline chocolate ganache, optional caramel.
Passion Fruit
Passion fruit sponge, brushed with a homemade passionfruit syrup, then layered with a vanilla bean buttercream and finished with a layer of passionfruit curd.
Black Forest
Chocolate sponge cake, brushed with a cherry brandy syrup then layered with vanilla buttercream and milk chocolate ganache, then finished with fruity morello cherry conserve.
White Chocolate
White chocolate sponge cake layered with smooth vanilla buttercream then jammed full of homemade salted caramel sauce.
Lemon Cake
Lemon zest sponge (optional poppy seeds), brushed with zingy limoncello syrup, then layered with vanilla buttercream & Lemon curd.
Coconut & Lime
Moist coconut sponge, brushed with a cocnut rum syrup, then layered with coconut milk buttercream and finished with a lime curd.
Cherry Bakewell
A beautiful almond sponge brushed with an amaretto syrup, layered with vanilla butercream and finished with a morello cherry conserve (options toasted almond layer)
Pistachio & Honey Cake
Lihtly textured pistachio cake with a slight honey undertone, filled with a sweet white chocolate & honey butercream.
Modern Fruit Cake
This Fruit Cake still has a traditional element with the fruits, however we make ours juicy and a little boozy with Disaronno & Cherry Brandy) omitting the peels to give a much smoother texture.
Chai Tea Cake
A beautifully delicate sponge, flavoured with vanilla chai tea and filled with a spiced buttercream.
Peach Bellini
Moist peach sponge brushed with a peach juice sugar syrup and filled with a champagne buttercream and a peach conserve.
Pina Colada
Moist sweet pinapple cake, brushed with a coconut rum syrup and filled with a coconut milk buttercream and a pineapple conserve.
